When will a Pokemon White US rom be out?

im in australia and the 'game' isnt available till the 10th but in the US its available on the 6th, how long should it take for a cracked version/rom to be available for downlaoding? ive spoken to some people and they say it takes about a week, im just wondering in anticipation to when a rom will be available because im dieing to play a real US rom and not a patched english version of a JAP rom.
