I think people call me "ugly" and say ewww but I may think its paranoia cos i don't honestly think i am ugly!?

For example, today I was walking with two of my mates and there were these 3 girls in walking in front of me and they just randomly starting sayin"ewww" "hes ugly" "dirt" etc, i could have sworn they were saying it about me but i;m soo low on confidence anyway and verryyyy insecure. someone put me out of my misery. your thoughts please
