WR Fantasy Football Help!?

I need to start a 3rd WR and I can not decide who because I traded my other for a runningback. Here are my options Donnie Avery and Greg Camarillo. In the free agency there is torry holt, Reggie Brown, Isaac Bruce, Mushin Muhamamd. I'm thinking I should get Reggie Brown what about anybody else?
