Maplestory: When to cap dex for warrior?

K So i have a warrior on maplestory and I was wondering when to cap DEX. I'm starting on a new server, so completely unfunded (I mean it: I have 100k meso in total), so I can't afford zak helm, dep star, etc. So i was wondering when to cap my dex so that I'd hardly ever have to buy dex equips, or sniper pots?
