I would make a basket filled with lots of stuff that my friend and I have shared over the years. It can be hard to find one perfect present so why not get lots of small presents. Maybe a zac efron bookmark, a hello kitty necklace, a bumper sticker for a car if she is getting one with her license, a miley cyrus cd or tshirt, and any other small items that remind you of your friendship
