i lived in usa for 2 years out of status on f-1 visa with d/s stamp on but i was never found to be out of status so i never had any unlawful presence...its been almost 3 years since my return to europe...i dont have a ban and my sevis is initial so my school didnt report me to authorities and they dont have my POE records or anything...if my esta is approved what do u think will i be ok to come back to the states?
