Can you help figure out my medical problem?

before i go to the doctor tomorrow i want to know what is ammater with me symptoms are : sinus ache chest ache awful cough with much phlem zbout every 10 minuetes to the point where i cant breath, i think it may be bronchitis but i do nto smoke and i thought only adults get it i am 15
