I want to download demos from playstation store(ps3) but i cannot because i live in kuwait?

when i go to playstation store it says service not available in ur country now the only choice i got is to make another account and change my location to us and then download demo but i am scared that maybe it will get my ps3 banned i just want to download demos not sharing games anybody knows something this just help and give me a solution that will it get my ps3 banned or not
