If i grew a blood orange tree how many kgs of oranges would grow max and minimum?

That will depend on the size and age of the tree. They are very productive trees and make very good oranges. It is a medium sized tree and will produce as many oranges as any other orange tree that size. If your winter low temperatures get lower then 27F degrees, it will have to have protection like the west side of a building or a green house.
