Was it Natural l Lubrication or ?

We noticed there was a abundance of bodily fluids. According to him I was just extreamly wet, but I have always had the problem of being not lubricated enough. Its not that I was particularly turned on because I wasn't. After we noticed the bodily fluid he was no longer able to push inside of me. Leading me to believe he d and didn't tell. Also after this all happened he had a big pregnancy freak out. So what do you think it was?
