Should I move to Europe, Great Britain?

I have always been fascinated by the whole concept, although I have heard that mainly the country itself, is very over-crowded and filthy. I refuse to believe it-but it has taken a toll on my opinion. I want to perhaps study fashion and design, which fit's with the idea of moving. Not to forget mentioning, but I am in love with Brit's! Any opinions? :)
