My son is 20, will be a junior in college next month, and doesn't seem to have any idea what he'll do...

He seems perfectly happy living at home, not working and hanging out with his friends. I know he'll finish college, but when will he get a clue about the real world? He's pretty cynical right now and certainly doesn't want to become one of the establishment. Any ideas from those who have been there?
