How to power 30+ LEDs?

The absolute best thing would be to use a 12 volt power supply using resistors to knock the voltage down to 2V and hook up the LED's in parallel, so it won't require so much voltage, only more current, which the power supply will handle easily. If you use the limiting resistor with each LED, you can use the full 12V somewhere else as well.
