Blighted ovum.......?

a blighted ovum is an empty gestational sac. The egg and sperm meet but don't produce a fetus but you body thinks it did. At 11 weeks its unlikely that you would have one as the body tends to catch up to the mistake pretty fast. They are more common really early on as you just bleed and think your period is late.
